During my most recent appointment with my chiropractor, we started talking about nutrition. Overall, I feel really healthy, especially since I regularly go to my chiropractor in San Jose. Going to regular appointments helps keep me in good shape. However, with everything in life, there’s always room for improvement. My doctor asked me if I had ever considered taking nutritional supplements to help give me an extra boost. I told him that I never really thought about it, but that I was willing to listen to what he had to say.
He recommended that I try a supplement that would specifically be for my condition. He said that he doesn’t advocate taking a bunch of supplements. Instead, he prefers to focus on specific problems and treat them. He said that in addition to the supplements, he could help me create a nutritional program that would put me on the right track toward eating healthy. I have to admit, I tend to eat a lot of junk food even though I know it’s bad for me. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have the time or the energy to eat a healthy diet. I know that needs to change.
I told my chiropractor that I would be interested in learning more and starting a new nutritional regime. He gave me a supplement to start with, and we sketched out what will turn into a well-structured nutritional plan. The next time I go back to visit, he will have a comprehensive plan ready for me. I’m really excited about starting this new program, because I think it will only add to the benefits I receive by visiting him. My health is really important to me, so I’m happy to take his advice and give this a try. I don’t think it really hurts anything to try something new.
